October 2005

Would all pupils please note that due to ever increasing running costs it
has become necessary for me to increase the fees I currently charge for
driving lessons. So from 1st OCTOBER 2005, all individually taken hourly paid
tuition fees are as follows.

Please note this is the first fee increase I have imposed since OCTOBER
2003.. So I have tried to absorb all fuel increases for over two years

All lessons Monday to Saturday will be charged at a standard rate of £22 Per Hour

Due to very high bank charges it is preferable if payment for lessons are
made IN CASH prior to the start of the lessons.

I am also still continuing to offer significant discounts to any pupil who
is looking to book and pay for lessons in advance.

10+ Hours = £1.00 per hour discount (i.e. £210 for 10)
20+ Hours = £2.00 per hour discount (i.e. £400 for 20)

Note!! All lessons must be booked and pre-paid for in advance to qualify for
the discount.
Quality, professional, reliable, tuition guaranteed at all times.

Could pupils also note that I still operate a 48-hour cancellation policy,
whereby I need a minimum of 48 hours advance notice if you wish to cancel
any pre-booked driving lesson.
Failure to give sufficient notice requires full lesson payment.

Hiring of car for the "Driving Test"
The cost of hiring the car for the actual DRIVING TEST is the same as having
a double lesson....
£44
(Unless you are using some of your pre-paid lessons)

This fee includes being picked up an hour before the test, and having one
last run through of all procedures, finishing at the TEST CENTRE, in good
time to take your test at the allocated time slot.

It also includes the use of the car for the test itself, and then being
driven back home etc once the test is complete (Hopefully with the "PASS" certificate)
PASS PLUS
DSA's PASSPLUS course gives newly qualified drivers the opportunity to gain
even more experience, by offering a minimum of 6 additional hours tuition
(Under expert guidance) which includes driving on MOTORWAYS and unfamiliar
roads.

The PASSPLUS course is also recognised by most major insurance companies,
and once fully completed can often lead to a substantial discount being
given to the newly qualified driver on taking out insurance.

The cost for the PASSPLUS course is a pre-set amount of £150.00

This "one off" fee includes a full six hours of driving, to include
MOTORWAYS, DUAL CARRIAGEWAYS and a whole host of very UN-FAMILIAR roads all
designed to give you, the newly qualified driver. vital additional on the road
experience, preparing you for the day you finally venture out onto today's
very busy roads, by yourself, unsupervised.

The good news is. there is no additional test to take to complete the course.
